COURSE CATALOGUE
Course Description: For some reason, a lot of us have a concept of what it means to be a man or a women, but the thing is that in reality many of us aren’t taught what exactly they are…especially a godly man or woman. The Bible calls older men and women to train, disciple, and equip the next generation of men and women…and this is our goal for this course. It is a course that shows the biblical understanding of what it means to be a biblical man/women. But that’s not all…we’d want to show what it means practically also. What to Expect: You’ll learn what Scripture says about biblical manhood and womanhood. You’ll be taught practical life skills such as finances, marriage, child-rearing, auto-mechanics, cooking, etc. Textbooks: The Bible; other books at the discretion of the
instructor.
Book Study (BS)
*Elective
Course Description: A more in-depth study of individual books of Scripture or another type of book. Each book study elective will be different in accordance to the instructor. Some will be specific books of the Bible others will be based off a book study in Christian/Secular literature. What to Expect: Expect to be challenged by really digging into Scripture as the foundation. Because this is a whole semester dedicated to one book, you get to analyze more – get into the authors mind and really challenge yourself to study hard. Textbooks: The bible; other books at the discretion of the instructor. Christian Beliefs 1
